Gavin Hickman - Sales & Administration
Gavin was born & raised in Meridian, Idaho and has always been attached to his family pool. He has been helping with cleaning & maintenance of his childhood pool for as long as he can remember.
Gavin started his pool & spa career in early 2020. Initially starting out at a store helper, he quickly grew to the ranks of management and sales, even earning a "Consultant Of The Year" Award in 2023 at his previous employment.
When he isn't cleaning your pool, you can find Gavin spending time with his wife & 3 children, gardening, camping, or studying the bible.

Matt Gager - Maintenance & Service
Matt was born & raised in Boise, Idaho. Matt has always had a knack for all things blue-collar work and finding the best possible solutions to issues that arise.
Matt started his pool & spa career in 2012, with the majority of that time acting as maintenance manager for previous employers in the pool & spa industry. Matt has a good working relationship with multiple pool & spa outfits across the Treasure Valley, and is seen as one of the few "veterans" of the area.
In his spare time, you can find Matt spending time with his wife, children & grandchildren, serving others, gardening, writing music, and being apart of the worship team at church.

Gavin & Matt decided to start Retrowave Pool & Spa together in 2024. They both agreed that the most important aspects of the company are customer service, communication, community outreach & Work-life Satisfaction.
